Based on this, what would your input be? I appreciate the advice. I understand the need for a quality RMM, however most of the ones I've researched simply suck for one reason or another. I was actually leaning toward Datto due to their reputation of good security, but then Kaseya happened. By the way, don't bother spamming them in here (don't make me call out names).Īlso, I am deathly worrisome of RMM supply chain attacks, especially given we've had two major ones in the last two years. A whole bunch of popup, 'free' RMMs that get advertised in these threads that are sketchy AF.Atera - I've heard less than stellar reviews about their 3rd party patching.I was actually really keen on Datto, but the Kaseya acquisition is of high concern.Datto/Kaseya VSA/Pulseway - I've heard decent reviews about their ability, but I've also heard that Kaseya is a nightmare to deal with.NinjaOne (formerly Ninja RMM) - this seems to be the strongest fit based on my research, however I've heard it requires a 50 endpoint minimum, which is unfortunately a deal breaker in my current situation.PatchMyPC - I don't come close to the minimum number of clients to make it worth it.I'm assuming multi-tenancy is a hurdle as well?

  • Ninite/Chocalety/etc - handles Chrome/Zoom updates, but doesn't include Dell and Lenovo system updates.
  • Edit: Also needs to play nicely with Intune/Endpoint Manager with M365 Premium.
  • This is really the ONLY thing our M365 Premium stack doesn't handle. Chrome, Zoom, Dell and Lenovo Updates are the main trouble points.
  • Main need: Need to update 3rd party software.
  • We are fully on M365 Premium, of which Intune/Lighthouse/Security Center/etc handles most of what we need.
  • I'm very small and do this on the side (one client currently), but looking to expand after solidifying toolset which includes 3rd party patching.
  • Narrowed down to a few options, looking for opinions.
